Huis Disa is
Tulbagh's Old Age Home, and what a beautiful setting to retire in.
The staff greet one with a big smile and always a warm welcome. They arrange outings, teas and barbeques for the elderly. Those who are frail are nursed in the caring environment of the sick bay. On chatting to some of the folk here, you will find that some of them had to learn to speak Afrikaans or English for the first time in their lives at 80 years of age - It just goes to show it is never too late to make friends! |
