PO Box 235 Tulbagh 6820 Named after the mountain source which provides the crystal clear spring water, Silwerfontein Farm Cottage, a declared Natural Heritage Site nestles on the mountain slopes surrounding the Voelveidam, with spectacular lake and mountain views. The cottage is situated on a one thousand hectare private estate, which itself is part of a 200 sq km nature conservancy, making it an ideal getaway for nature lovers and birdwatchers. Activities include swimming, fishing, windsurfing, walking and hiking. The cottage is a short distance from the main Cape Dutch homestead and provides comfortable ensuite accommodation for two.
